Raymund Eich

Senior Patent Agent

Raymund Eich is a senior US patent agent with a biochemistry background. After his groundbreaking graduate work on nitric oxide-dioxygenation of heme proteins, he began his patent career at a large national intellectual property law firm. He has over twenty-five years of law firm experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and strategic counseling for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and academic clients in a wide variety of technical areas, including small and large molecule therapeutics, medical devices, cancer theranostics, nutraceuticals and nutritional supplements, and renewable energy.

In addition to helping innovators create the future, Raymund also imagines it. He is the author of over a dozen science fiction novels and forty short stories.

Prior to joining Biospark Intellectual Property Law, Raymund was a patent agent at a large, international law firm.
