Ryan is a finance and operations technology manager with a background in accounting and business systems. He has spent his career improving the processes, integrations, and automations that support day-to-day operations, with a focus on making work clearer, more efficient, and more reliable.

Prior to joining Biospark, Ryan spent over six years in the staffing industry managing recruiting technology systems, vendor relationships, and operational reporting. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Judson University.
